ylwrap is something that one of the auto tools supplies to make parallel makes
possible. it's needed because yacc output is always to a constant file name
that must be renamed, or somthing like that. It would seem to me like this is a
build from CVS without the riequired auto tools. I think it gets included in a 
source dist. I may be wrong, but it would be my first time this year :)
