If you only need to run software that's statically linked,
then you don't need anything.

If you need to run a dynamically linked binary, then
you only need the 'normal' package (e.g.
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/lesstif/lesstif-0.93.36-1.i386.rpm?download)
.

If you need to compile the application then you need the above, but you'll
also need the 'devel' package (e.g.
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/lesstif/lesstif-devel-0.93.36-1.i386.rpm?download)
.

You probably don't need the others.
