Happy New Year Guys,
I think it�s a simple thing to do, if you don�t have
credit don�t browse if you browse be prepared to pay.
I don�t think they should prevent people from browsing
because if one has an important mail or something to
do on the net he should be allowed to whether he or
she has credit or not.
But the person should be wise enough to know that he
is incurring debt if he doesn�t have credit so should
be brief with the browsing.
