Hello Mr Adam,
just thought u or anyone could tell me why MTN recharge cards face value is different from what dealers sell 2 consumers.it's only MTN that has that problem.400naira card goes for 450naira,sometimes 500naira,and that of 750 goes for 800.what is MTN doing about it and the NCC?
i hope they act fast 'cause,i believe it's plain exploitation.
