The error code means that the other side (the Comcast side) closed the
connection unexpectedly.

Try the following;

1) Create a text file named "Letterrip_Config.plist" in the Letterrip
Files folder.
2) Copy the following into that file;

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<!DOCTYPE plist PUBLIC "-//Apple Computer//DTD PLIST 1.0//EN"
"http://www.apple.com/DTDs/PropertyList-1.0.dtd";>
<plist version="1.0">
<dict>
        <key>Domain_Connection_Log</key>
        <string>comcast.net</string>
        <key>Log_File_Access</key>
        <false/>
        <key>Use_Primary_Domain_Matching</key>
        <false/>
</dict>
</plist>

3) Save the file
4) Quit and relaunch Letterrip_Server.

After doing that, Letterrip will create log files in the "Debug_Logs"
folder that will contain the entire conversation of all connections to
comcast.net.

Let me know if those log files find anything interesting.
