Transitioning from Letterrip 3 to Letterrip 4:

The only thing that isn't covered here is the passwords for all of the
admins issue. Letterrip 4 has a different permission model. Admins are
managed in the Letterrip Admin application. The passwords and privs are
managed from there. If you had multiple admins in Letterrip 3, you will
need to manually move them into Letterrip 4.
