Tony,

Thank you for the quick response. I've modified settings as indicated. Also 
deleted all incoming and outgoing messages in the queues. The deletion of 
messages seemed to correct the issue but I've also followed your advice from 
above. My analysis now points towards a bad message in one of the queues.
