Same issues here.  AT&T for a long time and now BellSouth being blocked.

Of course, at&t has been letting only some of our mail through since January of 06, yet when contacted they say that they are not blocking us.

Not doing this for a living, I spend whatever time I can, but tell folks that if they really want their mail, they should get a GMail account.
