My message from last night never made it to the list. Here's a cached version
of the email admin docs. I'll move these back to the site:

http://cc.msnscache.com/cache.aspx?q=72755721872436&mkt=en-US&lang=en-US&w=eeedda99&FORM=CVRE

email admin requires mails to the "requests" address with a subject of "admin".
They will not result in subscribe confirmations. The alternative is to send a
mail from the person who wants to subscribe to either;

* [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject or body of "subscribe list_name". This will
result in a subscribe confirmation if turned on, or
* [EMAIL PROTECTED] with any subejct or body. This will also result in a
subscribe confirmation if turned on.
