I am having problems getting LRP 4.07 to run on an OSX 10.4.11 server. I have been running LRP 3.x for ages on a PPC OS 9.2 box, and its been working fine. When LRP 4 came out, I bought the upgrade, but never installed it. The old version was working fine, the upgrade was a low priority, so it just never happened.
A few days ago, LRP 3 started crashing all the time, and the hardware was getting flaky anyway, so I figured it was finally time to do the upgrade. I installed it on an Intel Mini running 10.4.11. I moved the old LeterRip files folder, used the Launch application, gave it a password, set up the Admin, checked that the old lists were still there, made sure the server was serving.. all looks OK. However, my email server cannot forward mail to the SMTP port on LRP. When I do a port scan, it shows up with nothing on port 25. The OS X firewall is turned off (everything is behind a hardware fire wall). I can ping to the machine, but no SMTP. Any ideas? Thanks!
