It was set to 0 when I ran from the files imported from LRP 3.x.  I
changed it and it still does not have the port active.

Since last night, I also tried pulling the old LRP folder out of the
Applications Support directory, relaunching and starting from scratch
with no preferences etc.  It did not work either.  Also, when I did
that, it created the LR Files folder in the Documents folder, not App Support.
