Added more missing -v switchs.

Sorry, I should have followed up to my original commit message or
commented in the bug. I explicitly omitted these switches due to the
amount of noise they generate on-screen or in folks log files. Note
also that `localedef' accepts a '-v' switch, but this outputs some
rather scary looking warnings, so was omitted too. I'm not asking you
to revert these changes just yet - we'll see what the general consensus
is first.
