But what's changed? In the previous version we patched `uname', in this
version we still patch `uname'. The fact that the patch name has
changed is irrelevant, IMO, as it will change with the bump in package
version number anyway. Or are you suggesting that *all* patches should
be marked as added/removed when we upgrade their respective package?
