In the Guide, a changelog entry is showed as:
<listitem>
<para>Month Day, Year [username]: What you changed.</para>
</listitem>
But the current format is:
<listitem>
<para>Month Day, Year</para>
<itemizedlist>
<listitem>
<para>[username] - What you changed.</para>
</listitem>
<listitem>
<para>[username] - Previous changelog entry made in the same day by
you or other editor.</para>
</listitem>
</itemizedlist>
</listitem>
