I've also removed the file from svn (in my sandbox). I want to change
(automate) the process of generating the bootscripts tarball similar to
the way its done in BLFS. We really shouldn't have to do that manually,
but do it within a script every day when the book is generated. Also,
I'm uncomfortable with the location (dj's home directory). It should be
in the standard LFS download location.
