#2362: Inaccurate text about DejaGNU testsuite

In the Chapter 5 DejaGNU installation, it says that the testsuite cannot
be run because there is not C++ compiler yet. However, DejaGNU is now
installed after GCC Pass 2, which is built with C++. The instructions can
probably just be reverted back to what they were before.
