Expect, Gawk & Gzip confirmed.
Patch really doesn't need to be patched in chapter 5 as we know we don't
use any mis-formatted patches that would trigger the bug. But, I seem to
remember a while back that we decided to apply the same patches in
chapters 5 & 6 for consistency if nothing else.
Perl - we could split the libc patch out from the rest of the bug fixes
then just apply the libc patch, but then again if we do want to keep
chapters 5 & 6 consistent, we may as well just keep things as they are.
All of GCC's patches/seds look reasonable to me, but I'd appreciate a
toolchain bod to give that page the once over too.
