I cannot tell what changed other than a comment in many places at

"Reformat source code in the single style"
The README, INSTALL, NEWS, and Changelog files are useless.
The home page should be http://kbd-project.org/
The 2.0.3 patch applies without complaint and the other instructions in
the book seem to be appropriate.
