No, there are some changes. I just don't know how significant. I did a
diff between 2.0.3 and 2.0.4 and got 68903 lines of changes. Most are
version changes and formatting, but there are a few lines I saw that may
be significant. It just isn't obvious how significant.
For the book, I think we can get by with only changes to packages.ent and
rolling the patch version.
