Upstream have again changed their Makefile. I get:

make[2]: *** No rule to make target 'install-static', needed by 'install'.
Stop.
}}}
The sed needs to be changed to:

sed -i '/install -m.*STACAPLIBNAME/d' libcap/Makefile
}}}
