Hi. I've got myself a shiny new 80 GB SATA hard drive to replace my 30 GB UDMA/100 drive. On this drive reside my Operating Systems meaning:
- stable LFS - testing LFS - Gaming non-LFS :-) For the two LFS partitions I have no problem cause I simply rerun the alfs-scripts I have and build me new OS's. But what to do with my Gaming OS? The partition is NTFS and I would like to just clone all the data to the new drive (if possible to a bigger partition than before) and not install a new system. Could this work (from within Linux) and if yes, how? Probably "dd" it? Thanks in advance, Torsten. -- http://linuxfromscratch.org/mailman/listinfo/lfs-chat FAQ: http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/faq/ Unsubscribe: See the above information page
