Thanks for your fast reply ! Despite the fact of loosing too much time (and nerves :) it would be interesting to figure out a way to do an update of gcc,glibc,binutils and the linux kernel header file logically correct. Will see...may be some contemplation and meditation... ;O))) By the way: Thank you for directly answering my "second stage question"....
