Hello all,

This is my first post so bear with me. I am interested in creating my own
LFS type system but was thinking about basing it on the HURD system being
developed at the moment (yes, I know it is not suitable for a stable system
at the moment).

How different would it be to create a HURD system instead of a Linux one?
Would it be as simple as just changing the kernel I install or is it more
involved than that (yes I am somewhat new to Linux but I do know enough to
satisfy the requirements on here)? If it would require more work maybe it
would be helpful to create a new project for it which may in turn help
development of the HURD for the benefit of others.

Thanks in advance,

A.
