Well, the Territories, Maritimes and BC may be more civilised, but the
prairies, Ontario and Quebec are questionable ;)
[ Something about 80% + humidity in the summer and -20 or colder in the
winter seems to detrimentally effect their thought processes  ]

Not everyone in the US is a barbarian though, my wife is actually quite
reasonable :)
