This will disaggregate the plastic film coming from the filter to carbon 
sticking on all parts.

Yes, this might happen, if the gas while disaggregating is explosive. But 
only when oxygen can come to it.
At any rate it has to be taken apart sooner or later and to be cleaned very 
carefully. Otherwise this oven never could be used as an oven. Only for
getting rid of plastic parts :-)
