A version of 7.3 made from the flat HTML is ready for review, but as it's far too large to email through the lists, I have started a SourceForge project and uploaded it there: http://sourceforge.net/projects/lfsepubs in the "test files" folder. I'm still working on making a version from the "chunked" HTML, which at this point means correcting lots of links. Huzzah. I think.
