Matt, Gerard, can you guys look over what I have there and start making edits or, at the very least, post changes here so I can make them?
You'll have no doubt seen the changes I've made on my first read over it. Here's some other things I picked up on, but didn't know quite how to handle:
chapter02/introduction.xml:
"(and some others)" - do we really need to mention that? I'm not so sure myself.
chapter02/anonsvn.xml:
Do we want to standardise on the canonical form of svn commands (e.g. update, checkout), or their shorter aliases (e.g. up, co)?
chapter03/checkout.xml
"lfs-book" isn't really a "filename", but I don't know what tag is most appropriate for a mailing list! This also occurs in chapter03/diff.xml with "lfs-dev" inside "userinput" tags. Whatever we pick, we'll have to be consistent :)
chapter03/update.xml
'svn commit' shouldn't be listed as one of the most frequently used commands at all. 'svn st', 'svn diff' (and of course 'make validate') should be used *at least* once before committing to ensure that what you *think* you're about to commit really is what you will end up committing!
