I don't know how useful it will be, since all these changes are made on the osuosl ftp server and only Tim Jackson and myself have access.
Bearing that in mind, I took the liberty of removing that section from the guide, as editors have no control over the process. Oh, and I'll take this opportunity to say "Thanks" to you and Tim for your continued support on the project. There's a hell of a lot of guys that handle all this "behind the scenes" stuff, without which the project just wouldn't survive, so a big "thanks" to all of you!
