If a CVS pull must be done, so be it. This is a development branch, not
a testing or stable branch. If it is too much for some people to handle,
then I would suggest a branch as these changes should be made in the
book ASAP to allow time for testing. At this point, 2.6.15 is the only
significant thing holding us back from a 6.2 release and the sooner we
can get it into trunk and and rough edges knocked off, the sooner we can
move it to a testing branch for fine-grained stabilization.
