There basically is. Take what is in LFS and add what is in BLFS. Any
gaps in gid numbering are currently a free-for-all. If someone wants to
create such a list and post it, that's fine. Otherwise, there are 2
pages one could look at to see what LFS uses and what BLFS uses.
Gerard assigned one of us a task to maintain this list, I've never seen
it published. This all came about when CLFS changed, it's list. Look
back in the archives.
