I gave up on my own version of ICA ('farce') years ago - there were
too many unexplainable differences on x86_64, which I assumed were
down to randomisation in where gcc-4 put things.

- looking at that, the randomness had supposedly gone with gcc-4.3
(seems frightening, if its true - it was supposed to be there to help
prevent script kiddies) but I'd given up on the process before that.
