Will try to go as far as possible. Logs should be available soon (I hope)
My system is at gcc in Chapter 6. Running all tests at -j1 takes a couple
of hours. Right now it's been about 75 minutes since the gcc build started.
Not that there are no changes to the current svn verion of the book other
than removing the asan patch.
