I still haven't gotten to this, but did the following files get installed after the build order changes in the systemd book? If not, these can probably be installed manually, I haven't went over it with a fine toothed comb, but this is all I see that "needs" systemd in util-linux (no library dependencies), and if that's all, they can be installed manually.

Also, have fstrim and uuidd bootscripts been evaluated and/or added to the SysV book? I don't actually know how uuidd is used (by what?), but fstrim should be added, even if not enabled by default.
