As I understand there are two versions of Ghostscript available from
Artifex Software, the current maintainer.  I can imagine that the
original author of the BLFS page felt the need to distinguish between
the two.  It appears that you can't tell the difference from just the
release number.

I don't know what the differences are for I have never used the
commercial version.
