Near the end of section 6.2 the book says:
"Remember that if for any reason you stop working on the LFS system and
start again later, it is important to check that these file systems are
mounted again before entering the chroot environment."
So, 6.2 needs to be done again after a reboot.
Obviously you'll need to chroot into your LFS partition again, so 6.3
should also be done.
6.4-6.7 are all one-time commands, so if you've already done them
successfully, no need to redo them after reboot.
6.8: with the exception of the first two commands, everything on this
page is temporary (as it is done on a tmpfs file ssytem). Everything
after the first two commands needs to be re-done after a reboot. So, to
summarize:
6.2, 6.3, 6.8 (Do the first two commands if you need to create the
nodes, ignore the errors if they already exist)
