hmm, sorted it now.
i remade the perl package and that cured the problem, 
i think i may have not issued the the perl make with the IO Fcntl POSIX
missing or lowercased,
thats seems to be a problem when you rush stuff at the end of the day.

no Ken cant do anything about the disclaimer, the head office mail server
adds that, whether you want it or not.
