As I was new on the list, I missed the few days this
issue was covered. But I have one more question:

Having used the 6.1.1-1 CD fire, does this mean I
should start all over with 6.1.1-2?
Or would I be able to boot with the new CD and
continue since I had worked up to ch 6.14?  Or some
other middle ground?

I don't have the expertise to know whether the 3.4.4
patch would work on 3.4.3
