No
In a directory/tools/include/at me a directory/linux/
In it all headers
I have unpacked linux-libc-headers-2.6.11.2.tar.bz2 in the created directory
/linux-headers
Here result
/linux-headers/linux-libc-headers-2.6.11.2//linux-libc-headers-2.6.11.2/
/doc
/include
You forgot the rest of the commands in the linux-libc-headers
instructions. Remove the glibc source and build dirs, copy the correct
headers by following the book's instructions, and try glibc again.

Is this correct? You did "cp -Rv include/linux /tools/include? If so,
this is wrong, and is probably the reason why you're having problems.
