I couldnt find anything similar to SysFS in menuconfig options.. What it's
called exactly?

The exact message is this:
Mounting kernel-based file systems: /proc/etc/rc.d/rcsysinit.d/S00mountkernfs:
line 24: /bin/mount: No such file or directory.
/sys/etc/rc.d/rcsysinit.d/S00mountkernfs: line29: /bin/mount: No such file or
directory.
Populating /dev with device nodes...
grep: /proc/mountfs: No such file or directory
FAILURE:
Unable to create devices without a LFS filesystem

(the above is prone to typos)
