I'm receiving the following errors compiling Udev-096
with LFS 6.2:
cp: target `/dev/udev/rules.d/` is not a
directory: No such file or directory
install: target
`/usr/share/doc/udev-096/index.html` is not a directory
It appears the errors are a response to the following
commands:
cp -v udev-config-6.2/[0-9]* /etc/udev/rules.d/
install -m644 -D -v
docs/writing_udev_rules/index.html \
/usr/share/doc/udev-096/index.html
I see no compilation errors in preceding packages and
receive "0 errors occured" from "make test" when
compiling Udev. My guess is I've missed something
simple in compiling prior packages but I don't see
where. Can someone direct me? I am using LFS 6.1 so
I've done this successfully, but I don't see my error
with this one.
