 We aren't going to do anything - see Bruce's earlier comment.

 For older systems which are in use, apply the standard LFS method:
use it to build an up-to-date one.  I hope you created scripts for
what you have so far built, so you will only have to check for
altered deps/build order, and review the individual commands.

 For the adventurous, clone the system, try to build a mitigated
version of glibc, and if that builds, try to install it in
single-user mode, then test the cloned system to see if everything
still works.
