Yes, if you don't like 'em ignore them. Since I don't run my builds from an automatic script (just a lot of copy and paste) and I don't attempt to do the build in a single sessions, I find the timings VERY useful. For instance, I will start the last build and testing of the GCC in the evening and look at the results the next morning. These timings, help me decide when to do other things around the house when I know the build will take a while. Thanks guys for including the timings.
