/usr/lib/libncurses.so was missing. So, I probably forgot one step when I build ncurses. I now executed the steps for ncurses again and /usr/lib/libncurses.so is now there with the "INPUT(-lncursesw)" line. Yet, it doesn't help the original psmisc problem.
