Ah, I see; I'm afraid that your humour passed me by. Maybe I wasn't clear in what I was saying. I wasn't criticising the university, but rather the dodgy software company and the risks of using proprietary products. Although, I suppose that the university should have been more vigilant when they signed the contract. Anyway, apparently they learnt their lesson the hard way. Richard
