No, and "not sure". I think this is the site that someone on a
model railway forum asked about. I'd never heard of them, but he
said it was a good place to buy electronics. When I looked, they
had some things which were attractive to me (KVM etc), but the
shipping time from China was long, and there is always a question
about whether the power supplies are safe or not (Trading Standards
departments in this country have from time to time warned about
unsafe electronics people have imported).
More specifically, the CPU is a 3nnn which I think is Ivy Bridge:
old, slow memory speeds.
Since you are in the EU I suggest you look at your local ebay and
amazon. Particularly, look for motherboard bundles (mobo, RAM,
CPU), ideally tested. You'll still need a case, PSU, disk,
keyboard, mouse but there are probably good deals out there, and
some chance of recompense if there are problems.
On ebay in this country several computer shops sell packages (as
well as complete machines) without going through the auction
process, and other shops use amazon.
