As long as your sure to include the "set use-match no/site.com" so a
particular site can be configured individually it should be fine.
It _might_ be better to have three levels of closure though ...
set sync-mode yes/bugfixed.com
set sync-mode no/msftp.ftp
set sync-mode yes
And set automatically by the login ...
set ftp:server-type "msftp.ftp"/bugfixed.com
when it matches
set ftp:match-motd "Microsoft FTP"/msftp.ftp
