What's new since 2.4.8:
* use trio library if system's printf is broken with %lld.
* fixed single quote escaping in several places.
* fixed coredump if service is unknown.
* fixed keep-alive for http/1.1.
* fixed uploading in ssl enabled ftp when data connection is protected.
* don't send AUTH TLS to ftp proxy.
* fixed fish protocol module.
