I guess your mail won't even be read by many recipients, because ir is
classified as SPAM by spamassassin. You are using a relay in a blocked list
(66.195.19.210.ipwhois.rfc-ignorant.org). Also the excessive use of HTML made
by word is considered impolite on mailing lists and makes your message even
spammier.
Please sent text-only messages and change your ISP!
