I'm sorry, I'm not good at git send-email, but elenril told me to use it
on IRC
so I did to minimize problems. I also did fate-aac tests and they all
still passed.
It is a seeming regression fix for a problem that arose from the
original ticket
200 fix, which is also issue 20 on the libav bug tracker.
I was told on the IRC channel when I was asking for reviews of the
overall patch
outlook, that I should keep the FFmpeg bug tracker numbers instead of
removing them
and just mark them as such so they wouldn't be mistaken for libav bug
tracker numbers.
Anyways, since bug 20's sample has been hard to get for a relatively
long time,
you can go and check

Decoding the audio in this sample now works in FFmpeg, and not in libav.
That is my reason to post these patches so they can be known.
