This fixes changing channels.
It possibly might cause regressions but i cant avoid this without having a test
case that needs the locking code.

Complains about lack of test cases
but doesn't provide any test cases for the misfeature it is trying to fix

git blame on that line of locking code yields
http://git.libav.org/?p=libav.git;a=commit;f=libavcodec/aacdec.c;h=981b8fd777f8ea273c53a055cbbb45ad9fe872aa
(r20448)

An example of the file that needed the locking code is
http://roundup.libav.org/issue999 as was mentioned in the original
commit message.

Sorry that my tone seemed hostile earlier. wrongsync.aac plays ok so I
guess this patch seems OK. Anyone else have opinions on this?

You know if it makes sense, surely the commit message should be fixed.
